These are just a few of the amazing pieces our students have created throughout the school year! In celebration of Youth Art Month, we are excited to showcase the incredible talent we have right here in our school.
All year long, our students have been working hard—expressing their creativity, exploring new techniques, and bringing their ideas to life through art. We are so proud of the imagination, effort, and dedication they put into every single project.

He says, "I started out just trying to come up with a fun way to learn the Quadratic Formula. Broken into parts, it sounds like this:
negative b
plus or minus
square root of
b squared minus
4ac
all over
2 times a
Once I had a smooth rhythm developed, I thought I would say it with attitude, like a rapper.
At an NCTM conference I learned how to sing it to the Notre Dame Victory March.
A few years later, a German foreign exchange student taught me how to say it in German.
Through trial and error, I found a way to sing the Quadratic Formula to the Battle Hymn of the Republic tune and also to Beethoven’s Ode to Joy.
Then a few years ago, an Italian foreign exchange student taught me how to say it in Italian.
After that, I came up with a way to sing it in Italian."
This is proof that math is a universal language (especially when there’s a good beat involved). 📐✨
