To Parents of BHS Seniors Regarding BHS Outdoor Commencement on Sun., May 31: • One vehicle (preferably a car) will be permitted in the Senior Line-up for the Bremen High School Commencement scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sun., May 31 (unless the Principal has already granted an exception for a 2nd vehicle). The Senior should plan to ride in the front passenger seat for easy access to the stage on Grant Street. • Each Senior’s decorated vehicle should plan to line up at approximately 1:25 p.m. on South Street (preferably entering South Street at the Bowen Avenue intersection) where BHS faculty members will use window markers to place a large number on the front and back window of each vehicle and then direct them into the proper order for each Senior to receive his/her diploma. • One family member, adhering to social distancing guidelines and avoiding the school’s photographers, should be the designated photographer to exit the family vehicle to capture the diploma-receiving moment; however, no pedestrian spectators will be permitted close to the stage on Grant Street. • All spectators on Grant Street (in front of BHS) must be passengers in the Senior’s vehicle, and no one is permitted to be on school property (the school’s front yard or parking lot). • The Graduation Ceremony will be broadcast live on Facebook (Bremen Public Schools site) and radio (Max 98.3 F). • Prior to the ceremony, at approximately 1:35 p.m., a link will be made accessible on the BPS Facebook site to watch the pre-recorded Senior Class Video and any pre-recorded music performances – both created by the Seniors. • Following the ceremony, at approximately 2:40 p.m., a Senior Cruise will occur involving all of the Seniors’ decorated vehicles. The route will be from the intersection of Bowen Ave. & Plymouth St. to Woodies Lane ending at the large parking lot of Jane’s Park.

Device collection is next week! We are asking that you take the time to clean out your case before dropping it off. We are planning to grab the device quickly; we will not have time to wait for people to remove personal items. Any personal items left in cases will be thrown out! All we need is your Chromebook/iPad, charger, and case. Thank you!
