Marshall County Health Department
Due to the overwhelming response for testing, and the increased positivity rate in Marshall
County, the ISDH Strike Team will return on the following days and times.
Drive Thru Covid-19 Testing and Vaccine Clinic
• Location: Lifeplex - 2855 Miller Dr., Plymouth, IN 46563
• Dates: Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2021 through Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021
• Time: 12 Noon – 8:00 PM
• Provided by the Indiana State Department of Health Strike Team
COVID-19 Testing – Rapid and PCR Testing Available
COVID-19 Vaccines – Pfizer Adult and Pediatric, Moderna and J & J
• Johnson and Johnson Vaccine: must be age 18 or older
• Moderna Vaccine: 18 and older
• Pfizer Adult and Pediatric Vaccine: age 5 or older
• All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• All Booster Vaccines will be available
