Due to the overwhelming response for testing, and the increased positivity rate in Marshall County, the ISDH Strike Team will return on the following days and times.
Drive Thru Covid-19 Testing and Vaccine Clinic
- Location: Lifeplex - 2855 Miller Dr., Plymouth, IN 46563
- Dates: Friday, September 3, 2021 and Saturday, September 4, 2021
- Time: 12 Noon – 8:00 PM
- Provided by the Indiana State Department of Health Strike Team
COVID-19 Testing – Rapid and PCR Testing Available
COVID-19 Vaccines – J&J and Pfizer
- Johnson and Johnson vaccine: must be age 18 or older
- Pfizer vaccine: must be age 12 or older
- All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
