Valid physical and consent forms that were presented to the Bremen Athletic Office during the 2019-20 school year will roll-over as valid for the upcoming 2020-21 school year. The IHSAA is not requiring a new Physical be obtained for 2020-21, if you had one on file with the school for 2019-20.
