Sarai Jimenez ('08) is a Bremen graduate, resident, and boutique owner at Olive & Co.
In her words:
"I’m Sarai Jimenez (nee Cruz)a 35 year old dreamer, married to my favorite guy Javier Jimenez (also from Bremen) raising our 3 babies here.
Javi and I are so happy we decided to stay here and plant our own roots as we started to grow our family and business in Bremen. Which leads me into my newest venture, Olive & Co.
Olive & Co started as a creative outlet for me, and it’s quickly turned into greater things. Through this process, God has shown me that I can use this opportunity to give back to my community— and this has become the root of all we do at Olive & Co.
This journey, so far, has been nothing short of a challenge. But I have learned so much and love the connections I have made and maintained with people.
It’s been pretty surreal to now have all of our kids walking the hallways we once walked, and still seeing some of the teachers who taught us, teach them. We wouldn’t have it any other way."
